About Us

History

I became a public notary and started Harper Notary Service because I saw a need in our community. I am currently a caretaker for a sweet friend of mine and trying to get her affairs settled as she has been in and out of the hospital/nursing facilities has been challenging. I want to help other families take care of their loved ones and have access to a mobile notary when traveling is difficult. We want to help provide a seamless experience through difficult times.
